Having previously stayed at this hotel and being very happy with our stay, we are sad to give it a lesser review on this occasion. This was due to not being able he eat in the restaurant. It was not late, the restaurant appeared to be busy but not all tables were taken. When we went to order, they said that food orders would be at least 2 hours - which was ridiculous as this would have taken it to past the time the restaurant closes/stops taking orders!!!!!!?? To eat, we had to drive around the area for approx 30+ mins looking for a place to eat. We eventually found a pub. Sadly it really spoilt our stay 😞

Nice hotel. Reception staff very efficient and friendly. Breakfast was very nice and hot. Just a little annoyed by selfish idiot parked in blue badge parking across 2 bays and not displaying a badge. Overall a really good choice for overnight stopover before picking up your cruise in Southampton.
