We were in the apartments across the road which might be lesser quality than the main building. Our room was on the top floor - up three flights of stairs. Wouldn't have been great for people less mobile that my family. Location was good but aside from that not much else to write home about! The TV didn't really work, can't reach the loo paper from the toilet, very dated and dirty carpet.

Comfortable
Room is a bit dated but was comfortable enough for our stay. Staff were helpful. Check in and out was easy. The lack of parking was concerning, this should be noted more obviously in the hotels details. Great location, lots of food choice.

The advertised Location was Not the property I was accommodated in after check in I was lead across a busy intersection and then met up with another person who took me to an Old block of flats. 1/ There was no lighting going up stairs to room, (Major Safety issue) 2/ The room smelt of Mould. Evident in Bathroom where Mould is growing in bathroom. 3/ During the night, late I moved a Mouldy mop and bucket outside room. in an attempt to get rid of smell. 4/ After waking up in morning I noticed stains on carpet, paint peeling off walls. Not a pleasant experience at all. Would definitely recommend and will never stay there again.

The room itself was nice and clean. But I opened the room door right in front of the fridge and there was barely an inch between the two when the door was open. Fridge wasn’t even on and was plugged into the bathroom. One of the hallway lights didn’t work and to be honest I didn’t really feel safe in the property. There wasn’t enough light down the pathway to get me to the front door of the property as I was in a building on the other side of the road from the main complex where u had to walk down a small kind of alleyway. I will not be staying here again

I would stay here again as it was quite clean and comfortable, but the bathroom ceiling has quite a bit of mould and mildew which needs to be addressed. Overall, a fairly nice place to stay.

The reception and booking was great very efficient. The actual amenities are wearing out. The bathroom vanity was falling apart, shower door was unable to run on track, the toilet paper roll is too far from the actual toilet!! There is a microwave but no microwave dish, the knives are not sharp at all and couldn’t cut a banana. The traffic directly outside runs constantly from 5am to 11pm. At 6am the planes fly directly overheard with one every minute up to 6:30. It is not easy to sleep at this time. The access to public transport is very good with buses right out front.

I don’t have to commen !!! If the maniger go and inspect the place him self can see the things need to be fix. The room is clean but need to have lift to manny stars. But the clearer was very nice. So I give 4out of 10☹️

Location close by to Birkenhead Point Outlet Mall
Was surprised to learn that the Apt has no lift. We have to carried our own luggage to the 3rd floor. Parking lot at the premises are limited. But can park along side road near by. Unfortunately, dryer in the room is not working well.

Apartment was very spacious and in a great location. However, there was a constant leak from the toilet which made the bathroom floor constantly wet; there was a significant trip hazard just outside the apartment which both of us tripped on hurting ourselves badly. And there was only one saucepan and no bowls for the microwave for cooking. All things that could easily be rectified.
