Poor customer service

Bad customer service to deliver my luggage the next day in mt. Fuji. They promised my luggage would be delivered next day before noon. I waited at my hotel in mt Fuji , called front desk and the employer didn’t want to give any information about my luggage. Just told me : “wait , your luggage will be there at the end of the day”! I had an itinerary, delivery luggage works very well in Japan but the employer was rude and he didn’t even want to give his name, had a train ticket to another town and couldn’t go because the employer that didn’t have any info. Hung up on me when I asked again for his name. Don’t be rude to guests , explain where is the luggage which arrives very late to my hotel in mt Fuji . Don’t recommend to anyone. Japanese customer service and hospitality are not like that.

Smart new hotel just outside Haneda. I was a bit worried about traffic noise but was fine. Short walk from the metro station (go outside and turn left along local road and hotel is in front of you) or very quick shuttle bus. Nice room and a good choice of Asian and Western breakfast at small cafe in the lobby. Otherwise nothing much in the area, but Shinagawa is only a 30 minute train ride for example.
