Unfortunately I booked the night before I arrived, and I was really upset that they refused to assist with a transfer to the night I arrived. I explained that I have compressed discs in my back, arthritis pain in both knees and was in a lot of pain, and they were unwilling to assist.
A gem of an airport hotel - modern, very comfortable and quiet, and more Hoxton hotel than 70’s conference centre. Friendly staff are the icing on the cake.
Great vacinity to Airport check in fir early morning flight.
Rooms are well appointed. Very comfy beds. Bathroom while managble for me, a Health n safety hazard I'd say for 75% of people, ridiculous and needs addressing.
Service/ attentiveness and wiping down of seats and surfaces in bar could improve but overall a decent well appointed place to stay.

The room was clean and comfortable
I felt rushed at breakfast as the area was small and staff were trying to get everyone seated - I lost my place when I went to get more food from the buffet
Amazing breakfast bar. A wide variety of food. I especially appreciated the selection of GF breads and cereal.
Bed was incredibly comfortable, bath towels thick and plush.
We went for dinner and they couldn’t seat us because we didn’t have a reservation but we could order from the bar. There were at least 8 tables available the entire time we were in the bar. I’m not sure why they couldn’t seat us. The bar missed our food order and it took 45 mins to get.
