The included daily breakfast had five great options and I enjoyed them all. The front desk had a luggage scale available to borrow, which helped me make sure my suitcases were not overweight before my flight. I specifically chose this location for two reasons and neither disappointed: proximity to the Iidabashi subway station and proximity to Tokyo Dome. I would stay at this location again during my next Tokyo trip, and I would also look for APA hotels elsewhere in Japan if I travel to other cities. Note that the guest room itself was small, but it had everything I needed to have a great weeklong stay, including a bathtub and some cool choices on the VOD (video on demand) included free on the room TV.
As an explorer, here's my spin.... Proximity to the metro and trains is great. The chain hotel standards are good. Bathroom facility is modern, great water pressure. Food in area is close.
This was my third time staying at this hotel. It’s my go-to hotel whenever I visit Tokyo. The rooms are clean and comfortable, and the staff is terrific. I will be back.
The property was small, but very clean! I mean super clean! The needed amenities were also there or readily available. Initially I was thrown off by how small it was, but it honestly grew on me. I would definitely stay there again.
The room is unbelievably small. As a business that caters for travelers, you would have thought, this business cares for the travelers’ comfort but no. There is no room to open large luggages. Once you open even your carry on luggage, there is no room to move around. Moreover, to get to the other side of the bed, your companion has to step over you to get to the other side of the bed. Terrible, terrible space. Will never book this hotel ever again. If not for the awesome front desk workers, I would’ve given this a score of zero.
I really like how quiet it was and how there were so many convinient stores nearby with a 3 minute walk or less. Also there was a taxi stop nearby and train station as well. It was a bit far from the attractions such as Shinjuku and Akihabara etc. But it is a better place to stay than the establishment in Shinjuku kabukicho area.
