The hotel staff are courteous, professional and efficient. My son’s flight was delayed due to a snowstorm and he had to cancel first night’s stay. When I told them the situation in the morning, they said they would contact Expedia because I booked the room via Expedia and would text me the result. I received their text around noon and was glad to learn that they were able to cancel the first night stay without cancellation fee. I really appreciate their help.

The hotel is located in a safe and quiet area. It is across the street from a metro station so it is very convenient to get to Ginza, Shinjuku, Shibuya, Asakusa, etc. via the metro subway. There is a good selection of restaurants nearby. The hotel room is clean and quiet. The onsen on the terrace level is an added bonus. Soaking in the hot spring is very relaxing after long walks. The hotel staff are courteous. It was a very pleasant stay. Highly recommended!

My stay at APA exceeded my expectations. I was worried that the room might be too small when I saw the room size is only 118 sqft. But the room is so thoughtfully designed. Every inch of the room is put to good use, which makes it feel a lot more spacious. The bed is comfortable and the comforter is soft and fluffy. All the amenities are of good quality. I love the clean and elegant design of the room. I will definitely stay here again for future visits.

The system and service in this hotel is very cheap. They cut any corners to limit the service and comfort to their guests. Their checkout time is 10 am, as opposed to most hotels offering check-out time from 11 am to 12 noon. There is no flexibility to comfort the guests in this hotel. Rooms and bathrooms are very tight, and their beds are against the window. and no space to get to the window or the curtains. It is like living in a confined space.

Breakfast buffet spread was great however we could dine in only once as our plans to venture out started very early and breakfast starts only at 7 am. Stayed at couple of hotels during this trip, the room in this hotel is by far the smallest. Maybe if you’re traveling solo it should be fine but for a couple it was quite difficult to move in the room. You can put your luggage under the bed but is not feasible if you have to take out things. Hotel has an Onsen but nothing fancy.

We were genuinely disappointed with how tiny the room was. 1 adult and one child with a medium and a small suitcase each and we struggled because there was no floor space at all. Cases had to be opened on the bed and stored closed and upright. There was barely room to shuffle between the beds. The bathroom was minute, teeny. We believed the photographs on the website and they were extremely misleading

Great efficient business hotel,good location/baths
Great location and overall hotel for the price. Typical Japanese business hotel sized room, small overall but with a full size bed. It’s a bit tight getting into bathroom from the hallway, but it’s efficient/effective. The best thing about this particular business hotel is the Japanese style bath “spa” on the rooftop with indoor and outdoor bath. It was great to have a nice soak each day. Would definitely stay again.
