Great hotel. A little confusing to find in the beginning as there are a few APA’s close to each other. Just make sure you’re checking that you’re navigating to the correct location. Other than that it’s a great, clean, affordable option.

Basic service expectation, the worst part is the hotel has 14 floors and only 1 elevator, it’s really suffering to wait for the elevator for minutes and can’t guarantee you can get in, becoz it’s so small, especially when you are with luggages. The location is ok, near core business area, but overall not recommended for comfort living.

Noise was from frequent emergency vehicles at all hours. The Japanese use their sirens constantly, not sparingly like the US. The emergency vehicles have full sirens, even at night, along with a loudspeaker.

Remember the hotel rooms in Tokyo are TINY!
The hotel was very clean. Very professional staff. I have zero complaints with the actual hotel or staff. The room itself was much smaller than I expected. I understand that hotel rooms in Tokyo are smaller, but I wish the hotels.com site could be more clear on the dimensions of the room. It was so small I had no place to put our luggage.

The room smells moldy the bathroom is tiny I can only fit one leg on the toilet from how tiny the entire bathroom is. The bathroom smells moldy, the rooms are insanely small nothing like the pictures. They definitely cat fishing the pictures on Expedia. The mattress was comfortable but everything else was not okay. I gagged every 10 min inside the room from the smell of mold

Room was so small and tight. If you have full size luggage, there will be no place to open it. Restaurant is in the other APA hotel, so you have to go out for breakfast

Fine stay will use again
Stay was the second in a APG hotel on my trip to Japan, room was fine and clean slight down side paint on the wall at the foot of the bed was scuffed and could do with a freshen up, other than that no issues. Breakfast was ok but had to walk about 50 metres to another APG hotel

SHOEBOX SIZE. Don’t support APA. You can find cheaper air bnbs or just pay a bit extra because it’s SO TINY (coming from a 5’2 girl)
