Clean hotel with small but well organised rooms with high beds for storing luggage. Small bathroom with bath, shower and modern Japanese toilet. Daily room service with friendly cleaners. Walking distance to station and restaurants. Great onsen facilities, Womens facilities had 3 big pools and individual spas, individual spacious areas for showering and dressing. Can get crowded but huge TV in room advises current status (closed daytime for cleaning). Only criticism were the lifts which could not cope with volume of guests, especially on weekends. More elevators for the size of the hotel would have been helpful as wait times were significant.

Its hard for me to give this hotel a 3 star review but out of all the APA hotels I've stayed at in Japan this one falls on my least favorite. The staff was friendly, helpful, and courteous however my biggest gripes have to do with the room and room servicing. The entire two week stay we did not get our bed sheets changed even when we had the green sticker to have our room serviced on our door. Additionally, the room's design was not very good for two people with two beds. The air conditioning unit is placed by the door and one of the beds is hugged right against a wall making the air conditioning unit completely miss it, with us being there in September it was very hot and humid so sleeping was very uncomfortable. Lastly, the only issue I had was that the bathroom was very small (though thats my fault) so if you're a big person these rooms and restrooms may be a bit cumbersome for you.

The multi Elevators instead of just having one. My Fav area is the lounge where you can eat your breakfast that you can buy nearby at the train station on the small side street. Now, what I didn't like was how hot and confusing the elevator was in the beginning.

The property is quite astounding in regards to service and cleanliness. Staff, not only the receptionists, but including the cleaning and wait staff are very polite and friendly. The only thing that might throw off people a bit, though not difficult, is the self check-in process. It wasn’t the traditional way of checking in with the receptionist though they are available if you need assistance getting the process done. One thing that did disappoint me was not being to use their sauna facility due to me having tattoos. I mean it is Japan, but I had hoped that seeing their guests are also foreigners they would be somewhat accommodating despite the traditional norms. Besides that, I had a wonderful stay and I’d most likely stay again here or on their other hotels around Japan.

Very close to the train station and the tourist areas are only a few stations away. Has a pool and gym if you like these features. This is next to the sumo stadium so if you wish to enjoy this part of the Japan culture, this place is perfect for you.

10 out of 10! Staff is so friendly, there is a convenience store in the hotel itself. Public transport is 5 min. Away from The hotel. Area is soo quiet and lovely plus they have a breathtaking view on top of the swimming pool! I’ll visit next year too and I know where to book again :)
