A small, quaint hotel next to Nishi-Kasai station (Tōzai metro line) in a nice, clean and friendly residential area of Edogawa. Only a few minutes train ride to Asakusa, Shinjuku, Shibuya, Akihabara, etc. Cheaper than staying at the more touristy area hotels, for sure.

One of the best hotels I have stayed in, very close to some local shops for food and convenience stores are nearby. Very close to the train station and easy enough to get to from either airport

Will stay again!
Staff was very helpful and courteous even though my Japanese is not so good. I got the breakfast added to my stay and the Chef was also so genuinely kind, I was humbled. The location was also top notch! It wasn't on the busier streets but was still right next to the bus and train station.

I don’t agree with how expensive the parking spaces next to the hotel are. If you’re a guest you’re given only one ¥3,000 voucher but even with that voucher I still had to pay ¥5,200 for less than a full day of parking. Being charged ¥8,200 for less than a full day and being a guest is a little ridiculous. The parking is so convenient being right next to the hotel, but because of the pricing I would rather park farther away and have to carry all of my luggage. I feel that the parking pricing should be reconsidered and the vouchers the guests receive for the parking.
