We really enjoyed our stay here. It was our friends (had 6 of us total in 3 rooms w/king size beds) first time in japan. All of us loved the convenience of where hotel was & had no issues even when we did taxi or uber. We felt very safe & was quiet even though we were in shinsaibashi area. We found great restaurants & bars just in our own block & the next block over. In fact, we ended up going to a couple of them twice because we enjoyed the food, drinks, & atmosphere. It was close to the train station & Ginza. We highly recommend this hotel & chain

Great location, but not for light sleepers
Great location, with walking distance to a few different train lines, including yamanote. Bed is alright, sinks in the middle for us. Bathroom can be a bit tight, with a weird smell. There were quite a few weird sounds in our room, e.g. Sound of running water through the pipes, so if u r a light sleeper, may not be great. The public bath on top is great though, esp if u go during off peak hrs. However, you will not be able to tell how busy it is from your room.

We had a pleasant stay at Candeo Hotel in Shimbashi. The highlight was definitely the open sky onsen, which provided a relaxing experience. However, we felt that the amenities could be improvedā€”particularly the lack of a toilet inside the onsen area. Our room was on the smaller side, which made it a bit tight with our daughter, but it would be comfortable enough for a couple. The location was decent, with access to nearby attractions. Overall, a good stay, but a few small improvements could make it even better.

Such a lovely hotel. The price was very reasonable, the room was comfortable and rhe public bath was really wonderful. So relaxing after a long flight. The hotel was easily accessible from Haneda airport and I enjoyed the breakfast. Would absolutely stay here again.

The hotel is well located, very close to Shimbashi station from where you can get a train to almost anywhere in Tokyo. But the surroundings are not appropriate for families, specially at night, where many places of adult entertainment start operations.

Price paid was higher than what was quoted. Facility did not have infant crib as expected. Air conditioner quit working in the middle of one of the hottest night in Tokyo so far this year.

Property and service are excellent. Travelled with family (14 and 11 yo kids) corner room was cramped for us no closets for our luggages. Luxurious amenities, spa, toiletries including linens and pillows. Would not recommend as family home base when in the area. Surrounded by bars but pretty much safe. Shimbashi station about 10 minute walk

This hotel is in a very convenient locationļ¼Œvery close to Shimbashi station. There a A LOT of restaurants nearby. The breakfast buffet is amazing. Room is very clean. Staffs are nice and friendly.

The gentleman at the front desk is very unhelpful, everything is ā€œnot possibleā€ but when the female receptionist comes then I was able to get accommodated. Next incident same thing no accommodation any other word is ā€œnot possibleā€ until the restaurant guy step in to help then I was able to get things done.
