The hotel is situated in a quiet location, separated from the main city. It is quiet with a less busy environment which was nice from all the foot traffic unlike the main parts of Tokyo. The hotel was nice, although the pictures seems to be misleading not the actual size of the room when we checked in. In the description is stated it was 30m square which is roughly 320 sq ft. I do not believe the room was that size or unless they gave me a room that was not we had booked. I have looked over the floor map and indicated this was in fact the smallest size room. Which I was disappointed and asked if we can be put into a different size room, they suggested I pay more to upgrade to the executive floor. Although I do no believe the hotel was close to being at capacity. During our 6 night stay we did not encounter anyone on our floor and the lobby is often not busy. I just wished being a 5 star hotel they can be more flexible and accommodating.

Exceeded my expectations. Highly recommend. Especially for those sailing from the Tokyo Cruise terminal. The hotel is half a mile away from port and the terminal is visible from one side of the hotel.
