Most staff was helpful upon check in not so helpful. The heating system seemed to shut off in middle of night leaving room cold, there also seemed to be power surges at times. Other than check in the staff was courteous and helpful. The housekeeping staff was as very efficient given how busy. I would consider staying there again.

Very happy with this location. The room was on the small side but had everything we needed. Staff was very pleasant and the breakfast buffet was great each morning. The 7/11 in the building was very convenient for snacks and drinks.

Uniqueness was the 711 downstairs. However, we had to move rooms on one ocassion as there was a stench of sewage, other room also had the stench. Could imagine that the whole floor or other rooms would have smelt like that. Was pretty unfortunate but we were at a convenient location.

We booked the last room available for a room with a full bed. I feel they gave us the dirtiest one. I don't mind an 'eco friendly' room that doesnt get serviced for 3 days. But the moment we got there there were some spots on the wall and head board. The room was extremely small. Tokyo hotels are generally small but I feel if the hallway was just one foot wider it would have made a huge difference. As a traveling couple, we did not feel like we could relax coming back to a stained and cramped room every night.

overall was a great location it’s only a few minutes from the train station. Only thing i didn’t like was i paid for breakfast to be included with the room but when i got there i was charged again because they said i didn’t have breakfast included but they were quick to realize i did in fact pay for breakfast. Other than that the staff were great and room was awesome would definitely stat there again

we spent one night here before leaving Tokyo. The room was comfortable, I’ll be at small – as the custom. The shower was great and the amenities were fine in the room. The area has multiple restaurant options around it and access to Metro stations. It was nice to be away from the more extreme hustle and bustle of Tokyo. We would return.

Clean hotel with extremely helpful staff. The gym room didn't offer a lot of equipment besides a treadmill and some light free weights however. No issues whatsoever. Plan on staying here again.
