It was a great experience. The staff was professional and friendly. The location is just a few minutes walk from the Kamata Station. Very convenient location. And, there are quite a few dining locations.

It was not in the touristy area, a little further from Tokyo central but did not mind the distance on the trains. Always a feeling of relief after a full day of sight seeing.

No phone to borrow even when we are willing to pay for the usage. The Staff at the reception was unable to help or either did not bother to help with anything even when we complaint there were smell in the room or the device in the room was malfunction. another matter is was on the booking of room. book and paid for 3 person but the room was for 2 person.
