Loved my stay - I found it great value and wonderful location in Akasaka very close to the train. My room was so hot even with the AC on. I didn’t have a chance to talk to the front desk about it but my stay was so short it didn’t seem worth it to change rooms. I’d recommend it to anyone. I really liked the restaurant next door but there are many great choices nearby.
Clean, close to major metro stations, very good breakfast and the staff very nice. The check in took 3-4 minutes and check out in seconds. Highly recommend this hotel.
Our room was small but very clean and modern. Concierge staff were extremely welcoming and we made use of the reasonably priced on-site laundry machines.
Friendly staff.
Hotel is conveniently located near metro stations. Very walkable area

We booked this hotel because it says it has two twins option for our two daughters. Upon checking in, they got a double bed option instead. When they came back to ask to switch to the twin room, the staff said they do not have that room option available unless they pay extra ??? We had to FaceTime from the US to talk to them but they were firm that category of room (standard twin) is unavailable. After we went back and forth, they said they cant accommodate them that evening but will have one available the next day (We booked 3 nights). We we back to Expedia to find that there are standard twin rooms available that same night if we would have booked another room. That just seem fishy and dishonest. We contacted Expedia through chat and have them talk to the hotel, but nothing changed. We get it that they probably have to save face after they too our girls that there isn’t a twin room available or that they were just following hotel procedures, but we felt that someone was either lying to our girls or they were just unwilling to help. Not sure if we will book at this hotel again.
Akasaka is the bast because there are sooo many restaurants and night bars and izakaya everywhere!. Hotel also has big ofuro bath!! That’s a big plus. Room was clean and nice!
