Excellent stay!!!! Right in front of a metro line entrance/exit so it makes connecting to main metro lines super easy. Staff was super friendly and very knowledgeable with any questions we had. If it’s your first time in Tokyo definitely would recommend this spot for the convenience.

This is property is no frills but it is clean and quiet. Its in a really great location for exploring Tokyo as its close to tranposrtation and things to do, but still quiet and not crowded. The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly. The bathroom was small and cramped, but not unusual for Tokyo. Definitely a great room for a great value.

The hotel was clean and in a convenient location, with great in-room facilities. The staff were extremely kind, professional and helpful. We left behind an item and they went above and beyond to help get it back to us during our travels, including looking into various delivery and pick-up options on our behalf. Walkable to the river path outside of the Imperial Palace. Subway station right across the street. Couple Family Mart for quick breaky (one even has sitting area for you to eat).

Right across the street to the Hanzomon subway station that has an elevator to the gate. We stayed here two separate times in our visit to Japan and asked to leave 3 large luggage for the second stay when we checked out from the first one. And they executed that request perfectly - by the time we got back from Kyoto a few days later and checked in for the second time, our luggage was delivered to our room.

Great hotel
Great hotel with friendly staff who could communicate with me in English (at least enough to get the conversation across). They were very helpful in storing my luggage a couple extra days, which was a huge relief to me during my travels there. Convenient location right across from a metro station. Clean rooms, nice amenities. The only slight downside is they seem to have a lot of large tour groups staying there, so there are periods when the lobby and elevators are packed.
