If you're looking for a cheap room JUST for a place to sleep, this works. I got a room for $60 which wasn't terrible since I had a train to catch the next morning at Shinagawa station and all the hotels near the station are at least double the price.

古さは感じるが清掃は行き届いており、寝るだけなら充分。フロントの対応も良い。 ただドライヤーが全然HOTじゃなくて寒くなった。使用しなかったが、置いてあった目覚まし時計の時間がズレて遅れていた為、清掃時にしっかりチェックするべきかと思う。
