Small but clean rooms. Check-in and Out is done via machine so it’s easy even if you don’t speak Japanese. Location is not the best though. I love Ikebukuro but this specific spot might not be the best

The area is good except late at night, you will get approached by girls holding signs or guys with earpieces. The staff is very strict about enforcing hotel rules. The room is very good and has everything you need.

An average good stay for solo travelers.

While I may rate this hotel well, this room space is definitely not for those who mind small rooms/very enclosed areas. Personally myself i had accidents just moving around my stuffs to pack up on the last few days and people need to note of the sharp corners of some rooms. Otherwise, its just a decent stay for single travelers.

An old hotel, located in a busy nightlife area in Ikebukuro. Rooms are small, but it has everything you need and is clean and comfortable. The small breakfast provided was a welcome addition. Close to the station too.

Nice cheap room. You get the basic amenities and a free breakfast too. Not much to complain about, however, there are definitely better hotels out there. But for the price, this is an amazing location even if it is in a seedier area with some less reputable businesses nearby.
