Great views of Tokyo tower as well as the surrounding areas and it just made you feel appreciative of the where you are. Staff was immensely helpful especially during the date of departure as we had to make sure our luggage were not overweight when we brought it to the airport. I would say that the only drawback would be the confusing entrance to the hotel, but once you realize where you're at, it becomes a non issue.

First off I want to say the staff were super friendly and addressed my issue right away. In all honestly the room was mediocre, major concerns to cleanliness. With the amount you are paying a night, and the reviews I read - you expect the room to be in pristine condition. Unfortunately, that was not the case. The hotel did refund me for half of what I pay which I appreciate but it’s important these issues are addressed for future paying customers. With the condition of the room my partner and I could’ve escalated the issue further, but like I said the staff were more than willing to help and we wanted to be respectful. Any other person staying in the room I’m sure would’ve been very very upset. I’m hoping with the issue brought up to the manager they can learn and do better for the next ppl staying.
