We would highly recommend this hotel, staff were welcoming and very helpful, we stayed in a moderate queen room, which was spacious and cleaned daily, we would definitely stay here again in the future, the metro station is minutes away and only a short walk to Tokyo Station.

Good access to Tokyo station, Room very small, bathroom stunk. Reception is on level 2. Lifts are set to stop at this level at all times even when no one is there. Very expensive for what it provided compared to other hotels around the station
