Great hotel near Tokyo Station

We felt very comfortable in this hotel. We got the 2 twin beds and it was great! The rooms are spacious and clean. The heater worked well. The bathroom might need some upgrading and breakfast was limited to mainly Japanese style breakfast. Very close to Tokyo station so location was perfect for us

Great location. We had an upgraded room with two beds that was comfortable close to Tokyo Station, close to Ginza line feels very safe.. Breakfast buffet had lots of options, especially if you want to try Japanese breakfast. But it had American options as well. A bit on the expensive side, but we are here during cherry blossom season, and I believe that it is good value for this time.

We stayed here for 7 nights during our Japan holidays. Fantastic location right next to Tokyo Station and also a stone’s throw from Ginza. There’s a 7/11 across the street for all your snack needs. The laundry and microwave on the 3rd floor were well used by and we were very grateful for having access to these amenities. The room is on the smaller side compared to hotels in North America, but you get used to it after a day or so. Lots of food options, especially in Tokyo Station. There’s a conveyor belt sushi in Ginza called Kura Sushi which was great option for good quality low priced sushi. The staff were great and very helpful. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and will definitely return when we’re back to Japan.

Simple hotel ideally situated for exploring Tokyo, close to main railway station (approx 300 yards). Breakfast provided which provides enough to set you up for the day. No bar but machine coffee/tea and cold drinks provided for free. Rooms are clean and have everything required including heated toilet seat! All in all a reasonable hotel for a short stay.

We highly recommend and will be back

Although we only had one night here, we couldn’t recommended this hotel any more highly. The front desk staff went above and beyond, when we had a problem with misplacing a personal item. By the time housekeeping found it, we were on a flight. It was posted to us in another prefecture. It arrived within days to Niseko. We couldn’t be more grateful
