The room was a bit small, but enough for us for a night. The staff is very friendly. Very convenient location, as it is walkable to temple, dining and shopping!
1. Location is perfect. It takes like 6 minutes by walk to Asakusa station (Ginza line) and 4 mins by walk to toei asakusa line station!
2. Close to seven eleven and some yakitori restaurants
3. Very quiet and the staff is very friendly
4. The rooms can be small but enough for one or two people

Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities
Tabist is definitely budget accomodation. The rooms are standard-sized for Tokyo (small), but the location is great. Being within walking distance of 2 different stations and being close to Skytree is a great plus -- whilst having the advantage of not being a crowded location (within earshot of Senso-ji too). We started our trip here and the staff were super helpful (allowing us to check-in earlier than the designated time too). I definitely recommend Tabist if you are planning on being in Tokyo for less than a week (preferably with less than 3 large suitcases).
We had a nice stay, it's good value though we felt like the security wasn't as tight as it could be on a night as the door were kept open past the closing time. We also thought the room could have done with a side lamp since the lighting in the room was very harsh. Overall, however we had a great stay.
Building is old, but well maintained. Excellent location, walking distance to skytree and asakusa. Check in time policy is a little strict considering international flights can arrive at all hours and getting through customs quickly is a dice roll. But otherwise id use this hotel again for the cost and convenient location
Excellent location. Walking distance to Asakusa and Tokyo Skytree. Very close walking distance to the Ginza Line. Rooms are basic but has all the essential amenities you need, toothbrush, slippers, etc, as well as a small fridge. The windows are large as well. Definitely not anything luxurious, but for what you get it’s hard to beat their prices. Highly recommended for budget travelers.
