The massage chair is a great feature
Modern room and pretty good value. The massage chair in the room was a really nice feature and super welcomed after long days walking around. The windows don't open so the room would get really hot unless you wanted to miss the great view by keeping the curtains constantly closed. The hotel is well-situated close to various subway stations. Nice staff, but sticklers on time-keeping - when we arrived 10mins before the check-in time, they said we had to wait for the check-in time, which felt a bit excessive. We didn't try the restaurant or other amenities, as there were tons of great food options nearby. Overall, a really great stay and would come back.

#1 hotel for us, less than a minute from train station, the tower view was breathtaking, small room but worth it and made it worth. Super clean, great service, you can leave your luggage before and after checkout which was a plus. Def staying here next time we return. Fell in love. I want to gate keep so bad haha.

I was surprised to see rubbish and cardboard boxes on the side walk which gave less room to walk on. Across the street seemed to cleaner. The property was nice, small and clean. This is my first time staying at Rappongi area.

Great central location with easy access to major transit lines. Major shopping within easy walking distance. Lots of nightlife in the area if you so choose. Nice comfy beds, shower was awesome. The not so good: loud racer boys on the street to all hours on weekends, and touts constantly trying to get you into their particular massage parlor/hostess club. Easy to ignore but annoyingly persistent.

Great location. They have a "self-check-in counter" but apparently they have no faith in it because I had not 1 but 2 people helping me (even though I did not need it) during the whole registration process. Sad they paid a lot of money for this system years ago and it doesn't work. They should just put these employees behind the counter and have a traditional hotel check-in counter! Their current system is very awkward! The rooms are small and as others have commented, no real place to put your luggage. Other than that, it was quiet, clean and across the street from the subway entrance. Air con worked great. There was a hot water kettle but no tea or coffee, so bring your own. Nice shower. No iron or ironing board but there are some pants irons in the room next to the elevator.

This was my third stay in a little over a year. I enjoy the breakfast buffet here very much. It’s a Most delicious and well-balanced offer at a good price. The morning restaurant staff are always cordial and helpful. The room is very comfortable, and well suited for my needs for a nine to ten day stay each time. I highly recommend remmRoppongi!
