Mazing staff, really friendly! Rooms are clean, AC is a godsend during summer time 🙌 nice amenities and quick breakfast service to get you going l. I left my rings in the room after checking out and going to Osaka, a quick email on the day we arrived to Osaka and they gave me a response within the day! They were willing to send it to me at the hotel in Osaka and it arrived 2 days later! Amazing hotel and service, will stay again 👍

This chain for the budget rooms was a sharp miss or hit for me, depending on the location, to where this Kayabacho one actually fared the best. Amenities for all the hotels are quality, but not all budget rooms are suitable for the size. This one had ample footspace around the bed and desk. I would be smart about keeping your souvenirs packed away, and not leaving anything in a suitcase to chance, if you're stowing your cases with the concierge after checkout. Although I didn't have problems, the desk clerk gave me some vibes that he paid attention to where you were coming from, etc. If you book with this chain, you might be gambling with a room that might be too small for comfort.
Legroom between bed and desk isn't always guaranteed with this chain. This location had decent clearance and was comfortable

The property, staff, services, and overall amenities were beyond exceptional. I do, however, wish there was a cooling system in place. While there was a dehumidifier present, the room was still extremely warm.

Conveniently located. Rooms are small but clean. One size fits all pyjamas foc was a useful service and the free set breakfast meal provided by the Pronto cafe was tasty. Coin operated laundry facilities also very handy but it is heavily utilised so be prepared to wait your turn. One dryer was out of service which meant longer wait time too.

This was a fantastic hotel to stay at while visiting Tokyo. We were there for one week and it was a perfect location. There are several metro stops nearby, bus stations and restaurants. The hotel included breakfast which is great when you are on the go each day. They have air conditioning in the room which is a must during the warmer seasons. The rooms are a little small but that is expected in a jam packed city like Tokyo. I would stay at this hotel again!
