It was super convenient since this hotel was attached to Haneda airport. I had an early flight, n it took me only a few minutes to go to the airlines check in counter. The front staff were also really nice. I had three suitcases, and they kept one suit case at the front desk for over night so that I didn't have to drug to the room. In the morning when I checked out, they already prepared a cart at the front desk for me so I didn't have to go grab it for myself. I definitely come back n stay again. Highly recommend!!

I liked everything except the sterile, computer check in. I understand the need for automation, but the experience seemed very cold. No option to be checked in by a life person. Counter was unavailable. Otherwise great stay for an overnight with a great Japanese breakfast buffet with additional Western food..

Convenient room for in and out of Haneda Airport
Very nice and comfortable room with many nice amenities in the bathroom like toothbrush and toothpaste, foldable hair brush and bath soap. Also two bottled water in fridge. The location of the hotel is right next to the check in counter N on the 3rd floor. That’s where we checked in for HA flight back to HNL that evening. So it was so easy to check out and then check into our flight home. Would stay there again as a way to easy travel either upon arrival or for a late departure from Haneda Airport.

Super convenient. We didnt have to travel far to rest after our long flight. There are many food and drink options as well. We could catch the train from there as well. It is a busy location but managable.

Excellent airport hotel located in Haneda T3. Easy access. Clean. Highly recommend. My only comment on comfort was the mattress was hard.

We have stayed at the Royal Park Hotel twice. The first time was due to a cancelled flight & 2nd due to a layover both times for a small fee we were allowed a late checkout (our flights for USA were after 6pm) it was nice not to have to hangout in the airport for hours. Very convenient being attached to Haneda Airport. FYI there is a train station located in the terminal with a 7-11 great way to get snacks.

Clean, neat, and QUIET 👍 I am pleasantly surprised by how quiet it was given that the hotel is located in an airport terminal. The beds and the bathroom were spotlessly clean. Access was convenient — after exiting immigration and custom, it took only a few minutes of walking (inside the terminal) to reach the hotel.
