Fidelity is a charming boutique hotel, clean and with beautiful decor offering seamless blend of elegance and comfort. The staff were friendly, courteous and helpful. We had a delicious breakfast at the Club Room. I hope they would provided a coffee maker in the room and not a kettle. But I will still recommend this hotel.

Check in was smooth very friendly. Convenient to so many things in downtown for walking. Parking is expensive but if you park in the lot across the street you can do a one day pass which is so worth it.

Alot of things, including the sussing stadiums, are walking distance

Was in Cleveland for a Guardians game. Short walking distance to Progressive and Rocket Arena. Whether you are looking for fine dinning or your classic dive bar, they are a short walk or quick Uber ride. Staff is friendly and professional. Did not eat at hotel so no comment left. For historical purposes I drove to Garfield's historic site in Mentor (25 miles).
