It was a clean and comfortable room, lots of space and good location. Downside is internet didn’t work too well and that made it difficult to work, ended up hotspoting from my phone.

Cigarette smoke smell in room 12 was horrendous, the bathroom linen was tatty and tired looking Other than that calling for late checkin instructions was excellent once they answered on the 6 th Time trying to call them

Bordering on excellent
Booked late in the day via our accommodation app. Couldn’t raise the motel on the phone despite repeated calls but they responded immediately when we used the messaging service on the app. They provided clear guidance on after hours access. Access to our room was a trifle dark. The room was recently updated with ultra-moden bathroom. Main window had a faulty crank and ill-fitting screen which prevented us from getting fresh air and forced us to use A/C when we would have preferred otherwise. No microwave but mini-fridge and kettle.

Good for what I needed
Did the job for an overnight stop on a road trip. Arrived late at night, there was no reception but they directed us to where we could find the keys when I called. Clean room, well equipped with tea/coffee, fridge etc. lacked information regarding WiFi, hotel information and the sound proofing is pretty non existent we could hear everyone leaving at 6am like they were in our room

Room is so small and there is even tabke no space to sit for tea. We had to spread the perfume all over the room to block the terrible smell of the sewage from the bathroom!!!

The property needs some maintenance issues fixed ie our front door didnt close without slamming it. More glasses should be supplied for wine and water. The electric kettle was very dirty and coroded inside. We had stayed here before and it was much better. It is still ok but attention to detail and repars would improve the property.

Could have been better is an understatement
If I could award zero stars I would. This place was below ordinary. Checking in I asked for a quiet room and I got a room next to Sturt Highway, compression-breaking trucks all night. The bathroom had delightful grey water aromas. The wifi was 1.5Mbs down, should have been advertised as Dial-In. The pool in the hotel ad was a scummy algae green. Restaurant service so bad I gave up. But to show a balanced review I can say the shower pressure was the best I've ever experienced. In summary, do yourself a favor and book elsewhere.
