Cosy unit
Small unit but everything you need just take some cooking equipment eg slow cooker or electric frying pan as we did then we had everything we needed than you for a beautiful stay

Home was clean and tidy but lacked basics not enough pillows, or towels and i think need to clearly state no kitchen or kitchen sink. Dont like using a bathroom sink for washing dishes and getting water for jug. Also microwave their but no microwaveable dishes. I also believe their should be some coffee and tea available when guests turn up. Has the potential but the little thingsare letting them down

ROACHES
If your a bigger build don’t bother staying here you can’t even get into the shower without it becoming a hazard. I found cockroaches in the main bedroom at 2am in the morning when getting up to go to the bathroom. It’s also very dusty so if you have allergies not the place for you and it is not a kitchenette it’s a cabinet with a microwave and a jug.

Property is what we needed during our 2 night stay in Auckland, it was tidy and clean. The pictures made it look like it was its own house, but it is situated on the bottom floor of the main house towards the back. Good communication with the property manager. Would recommend

Online listing stated, kitchen available, maximum up to 5 adults, comfortable living, charged laundry fee and cleaning fee. self-contained flat What we found was, not a self-contained flat. There was very limited table space, no kitchen appliances except a kettle and microwave. The only available tap was the bathroom sink, hardly any room to fill the kettle, and we also had to wash dishes in it. Towels and cleaning sponges were faded and dirty looking, way past the expiry date. As kitchen facility was not available as stated in the profile, we incurred extra expenses to eat out everyday. The first evening the host reluctantly agreed to use their kitchen to cook our freshly bought veggies and chicken. The neighborhood is pleasant and quiet, but the flat lacks the basic necessities for a family of 5. The host is a nice man, but he should give accurate information about his unit, so that the guests won't be disappointed and unprepared. Kind regards Ashley

Property failed in cleanliness. Property is a part of main house and it was noisy.
There is a permanent big gap in the shower door. Water leaks out of the shower on the main floor. On the first day , the host requested us to shower at the corner of shower area so the water does not drip on the floor. However, I guess it can be easily fixed by a handy man. Basically cannot shower at peace. He should have mentioned in online listing as host already knew about the problem. Found cockroaches at the property. Did not enjoyed the stay at the property.
