Very nice experience

The staff was accommodating and friendly. I liked the wood plank floors they were sanitary. The bed were soft and clean.

Only stayed overnight before flying back home. Clean and comfortable hotel.

The Surestay is a perfect location. Its close to the airport, zoo, botanical gardens, and restaurants. The prices are terrific. The roome was clean and comfortable. We were disappointed to not have had time to enjoy the pool, it looked nice. The layout of the breakfast bar was crazy. You had to cross the room multiple times to make toast, get cereal, or make a cup of coffee. The restroom in the breakfast area was out of order. Otherwise, this would be a 5 star review. I would definitely stay here again.

Loved having Lookout Mountain golf course right there. Bikes for riding were nice quality for some adventure on the trails.
