AMAZING LOCATION

We missed our connecting flight at O’Hare, this hotel was close to the airport and an airport shuttle was available making it very convenient after a long day of travel with many delays. We didn’t have our checked bags and therefore didn’t have some necessities, it was late so we were unable to get them at a store so the hotel staff went above and beyond to gather things we needed for our short stay.

Exceptional staff

I saw a lot of bad reviews the night before I stayed (and too late to cancel), so I was nervous. I didn’t need to be, the stay was phenomenal! My room was perfect, the view was amazing, the staff was friendly, the area was safe, the hotel was within walking distance to where I had to be. Honestly can’t recommend this place enough. The price was right too! I checked out on a Saturday and already by Sunday, my full deposit has been returned. I did not use parking is the only thing I can’t really comment on but PLENTY of parking nearby! Definitely recommend.
