Great hotel, great location, friendly staff. The bed was quite comfortable, and the small balcony was a nice little perk.

The property has a great location offering easy access to public transport and walkability to see lots of interesting places. It felt like a safe neighborhood. The pool was really small, probably best for kids under 10. We waited 24 hours for someone to fix a non-working tv. Otherwise, great value for money.

My son and I stayed here for a weekend visit to Chicago. The staff were very friendly and overall it was a very nice property. The rooms are a bit small, but didn't feel overly cramped. Water pressure in the shower was amazing. Very convenient to the train and also overnight parking, which ended up being $50 less per day than the valet which was perfect since we didn't need our car at all.

Excellent location. Rooms are updated and ok. Hallways are not exactly attractive. Bathrooms need better and higher toilets.
