Buffet breakfast is great. A variety to select from. All staff are beautiful and kind. Possibly could have more cleaning staff during the time we stayed. Our room was not cleaned however I could see the worker was the only one on all day. Overall we had a great stay. Bonus of a great gym and pool for the children.

We had a lovely breakfast for our 2 nights stay, good selections of food. Dinner on New Year’s Eve was delicious. Our room was spacious, clean and comfy bed. Staff was helpful and accommodating. Highly recommended

Suite was clean and spacious, AC was not enough to cover the entire room. Dinner buffet was not there even on 31st. Calm and less happening stay. Really enjoyed pool and spa poll even under the heavy rain.

We book three rooms when we go to the Waipuna for our family one room is always the Ambassador Suite been going to the Waipuna since the 80's the suite needs work very worn disappointed that there's no hot plate or electric pan anymore new owner's not willing to match Expedia no special packages ie Bubbles for couples and The great escape weekend specials used to always book through the hotel gym outdated Staff are friendly very accommodating thank you Ashwin at reception thank you to the ladies who cleaned our rooms did not book for the Christmas buffet very expensive $180 per person l'm sure it was worth it the buffets have always been Excellent room service very good best fish n chips! New furniture in reception area looks good glad the new bridge is open.....see you again Waipuna xx
Ambassador Suite and the view of the lagoon from our suite l grew up swimming in the lagoon we watched the Waipuna being built looked like a giant castle! XxX

My stay was terrific, had an awesome time. The room service ladies were superb, clean and tidy room. except when I asked where to heat up my food, was told to go all the way from level 5 upstairs to go on ground level in the restaurant to heat it up. Stayed there for 3 nights and did expect to be provided with something better.
