We really enjoyed our 4 nights at Deja, it was really nice all the staff are soo friendly, helpful, the food/drinks were good and the beach was right across the road. My children loved our time here and would definitely go back.

Where do I start?? I visited with my family of 6 to celebrate my birthday and my butler Ronald made sure to make this birthday memorable! Many of the staff members would walk by me and wish me a happy birthday! I can’t wait to visit Jamaica again because I will definitely stay at Jewel again!

Upon arrival, everyone makes you feel special. As soon as we walked in, they popped a bottle of champagne and asked us about our travel. We were immediately greeted by someone connected to expedia to confirm our arrival and departure information. The hotel was beyond clean. The people who work there are cleaning all day. The room was very nice. Some minor damage to the top of the night stands (from people placing beverages) but very clean. We were able to visit the other 2 resorts (very easy and close walking distance). The palace was by far the cleanest and most relaxing. Beach at the palace was also the softest sand and water compared to beach access at the other two. The buffet was amazing! Great food with a variety of options. Reservations were very difficult to get. Unfortunately we were only able to reserve the asian cuisine restaurant. I would describe the experience as wonderful and clean but the food was mediocre. We found very similar items throughout the buffet. There is a lot to do and no matter what you are looking for, they have it. Wonderful experience!!
