Rey clean and very cute. Room is small but very tidy

The check in/check out is via machine with the help of supportive staff. Clean and convenient- will definitely come back again.

2nd time in this hotel. Location is very convenient and the train station is right outside the hotel and Ginza a just a short walk away. Airport limousine stops right at the driveway. Very quiet location but not much food outlets in the vicinity, unlike Shinjuku area.

Great overnight hotel. Very easy to find and check in. Great to freshen up prior to long flight.

This is my 3rd time staying at the Shinjuku Washington Hotel. I have enjoyed it each time. The staff were great and helpful. There is a Family Mart on the 1st floor. It is also within walking distance of Shinjuku station.
