Expedia was one of the worse experiences ever from the flights to the wrong island having to pay out of pocket to change flights that they messed up to them trying to cancel my room but once we made it to the resort the Hilton upgraded my room free of charge everyone was so kind the experience with them overall is 5/5 family oriented and a vacation we will never forget would highly recommend the Hilton Waikiki !!

The Hotel is Good! Just the carpet is a little outdated but everything else is wonderful. The staff is great. The food at Duke was great and everything is around the property. You really don’t have to leave off around the area unless you want to. The parking who are the people who stayed there is $60 a night. So if you got the money go for it, but otherwise everything is top-tier!!
