The only items I would like to raise is my room bathroom shower the flooring is uneven so the water was draining outside the shower instead of the one right below the shower head room 1332. Also when I ordered by 24/7 food at 4.25am (bowl of chips) I called the reception after 40mins to be advised they did not see the order and I had wait a further 20mins. Everything else was fine.

Arrived after driving 500kms to be told they didn’t have my booking, even though I had a confirmation email. They blamed Wotif for the mistake. Had to drive to parramatta for a hotel after the NRL game we were there for. Very disappointing with no other option given. We are not from Sydney so was a big deal for us.

The toilet seat in bathroom was not on properly, no bin in bathroom, vent hadn’t been cleaned for a very long time it was clogged with dust. Had the buffet breakfast asked three time for cutlery or where it was located to get ourselves, then got thrown on the table with no napkins when I asked for napkins was snuffed at.

I had booked two rooms, and in one room the air conditioner would not work, and in that same room the hot water run out after one shower. My room, we had 3 adult's sleeping in there, which i booked for, and i was the last to shower and tov wash my hair in freezing cold water. I was NOT IMPRESSED AT ALL.

Amazing location for sporting events. Friendly helpful staff. Lucy at reception was very helpful at check in as we requested to have a room next to friends we were travelling with. We had a really lovely stay.

Spendy and not sure why.
Room was really expensive so expected more. Hotel is 90s style and showing its age in areas. The decor with the blinds with a red splash pattern looked like there had been a massacre in the room. Definitely needs some updating style wise. Wifi was very slow which is a deal breaker for me. Breakfast was ok but the coffee was terrible. price wasnt that great. Location was what i needed but probably would look elsewhere next time as the price was high.
