The hotel description clearly says parking available, this was the reason we chose this hotel, when we arrived we were told there is no parking and were directed to a multi storey car park where we paid an extra, and had walks to and from hotel in rain with bags. On top of this the bathroom flooded with shower on and the shower was freezing cold even after letting run for a long while

Nice, spotlessly clean hotel with friendly staff. Great location in the Northern Quarter with plenty of bars and eateries. Hotel bar also nice. Only marked down 1 star as bed was a bit hard.

Really enjoyed the stay overall, staff were great and friendly and rooms were very nice and spacious. Areas around bed need dusting down which is the only knock on cleanliness as noticed and touched alot of it. Could do with parking included or subsidised parking ideally as we had to arrange all that ourselves which was annoying. Recommended overall

Staff friendly, professional and helpful. Hotels location was good only a short walk from the city centre. The room was clean, comfortable had everything you need including a fridge and safe. Would stay again.

Let me just get this off my chest, it's strange but here it is: the bathroom has a strange design and the bed they gave me wasn't a kingsized bed it was two doubles together, which wasn't that much of a problem, but I did find the seam sort of annoying while sleeping. Other wise it was perfectly perfunctory. Breakfast is extra but it's all good quality and the breakfast staff is more attentive than you would imagine a continental buffet would be. I don't know if these elements will affect

We spent 2 nights here and the most inconvenience is no on-site parking. The staff also asked us not to park at the Euro carpark next to the building as there are multiple complaints but recommended another carpark which is around 5 mins walk which charges £22.50 for 24-hour. The hotel is close to city centre which is a plus to us and you are able take the free bus at Shudehill Bus Station to travel around the city centre

I stayed in this Marriott hotel for 1 night. Couldn't sleep whole night, as loud music was coming from the room next to me. I complained to the night shift manager and he didn't take any action. Freezer was not working and when I complained to reception, she said they can't fix until next day. There was no shower gel and conditioner in the bathroom. Bottle was there but no shower gel and conditioner in it.

I booked the hotel as it stated there was parking when arrived there was not and was given a post code that was ten minutes away which was an outside car park that didn’t seem secure so was on edge all night worrying about my brand new car. The rooms were really over priced for two single beds pushed together with a shabby quilt that did not have any cover on it the sheets weren’t the best did not sleep well at all. Had a shower to find the shampoo, wash and conditioner was all empty. The room was 208 if you would like to check. I have stayed in Marriott hotels before and never had these problems I will certainly not be returning back to this one it ruined my weekend completely.
