Absolutely great experience for our first time in Nashville. Concierge and staff were friendly and very hospitable.

Lovely balcony experience overlooking the falls

We reserved a room the day before and drove all night to avoid a snow storm. It worked. We arrived at 6:30am. The hotel front desk personnel said they would do their best to get us a room early. And they did. We got a room at 10am and were able to get neesed rest while it snowed heavy. We appreciated the effort of the staff tremendously. We will return. This is our 2nd time staying at this hotel.

Stay was good. This is an older hotel that they have tried to refresh with new furnishings. It was clean. Convenient to Opryland and restaurants.
