The space
This apartment/Unit offers more space than the younger or older style high rise buildings,developers no longer can afford to build this kind of spacious home anymore :-), it is on the first floor with easy access via stairs(10 steps total), open plan living with spacious kitchen and a separated internal laundry.
All bed room windows with insect screens,so you can leave windows opened without worrying insects or the annoying street noises :-), child safety lock also enable on windows which can be unlocked if necessary.
Master bed room:
Own en-suite, built in wardrobe, 2 comfortable single beds,Cesar stone top bed side table.
Twin room:
2 comfortable single beds, a free standing wardrobe, wall mounted fan provided for summer.
Main bath room with bath tub , internal laundry room (not in a closet) with fully automatic wash machine and iron/iron broad, detergent also provided.
Living Room:
There are one 3 seat sofa in living area with Cesar stone coffee table.
Dinning Room:
Family size dinning table set up for 4, enough for 6.

Guest access
1/ Entire home with wall mounted fans and facilities including free underground secure parking , unlimited high speed encrypted WiFi,cleaned rubber slippers provided for you to use inside the apartment.
2/ Two sets of house keys and one car park remote control provided.
3 / Each bed fully make up using 2 layer sheets as per our standard
4/ Towels, shampoo, conditioner,shower gel ,detergent and toilet paper also provided for number of people in the booking, extra sheets, spare pillow and blankets also available for extra guests upon request.
5/ Overhead cloth line provided in double room balcony, it is enough for a big family, additional cloth rack also provided for drying small items.
6/ 6.5 KG automatic washing machine with detergents, Iron and Iron Broad also available in laundry room.
7/ There are discard towels in laundry room for emergency clean up of spillage or breakage during your stay, plastic bags also accessible for garbage disposal.

We will meet you upon arrival to hand over keys and show you around the apartment.
We can be contacted via phone, email or instant message any time during your stay, we live locally.
Other things to note
Please supervise children all the time to avoid accidents as the apartment is on the first floor.
No housekeeping provided during your stay.
There is NO dish washer in the apartment,please wash dishes and cooking utilities after use.
For Drivers: Car park height limit to 2.1 meters, it is within underground secured basement which is one level below ground floor, if you are driving a mini Van or anything over 2.1 meters height, you have to organize your own parking (plenty of street parking around, but you need to be quick to get one), there is a PAY council car park across the road if you you have more than ONE cars.
When checking out, you do need the remote control to exit the car park. Once you exit the car park, park your car on the bypassing bay on the driveway, you then can quickly go return the remote control and key to the dinning table of the apartment.

1. No overnight non-Stayz guests, no visitors allowed in the apartment after 11 pm. If more guests than booked are found to be staying, the additional listed nightly charge will be claimed from your security deposit. If there are more guests than the property takes, you will be asked to leave immediately.
2. No commercial / personal services activities allowed, NO unusual high numbers of visitors, please keep the noise down as this is a residential building.
3. Street Shoes off once inside the apartment please, the floor is cleaned every time when guests check out, you are more than welcome to use rubber slippers provided, it is for hygiene reasons and stopping noise transmitted to downstairs.
4.This listing does not include dish washer,cleaning of cutlery and cooking utensils after use is the guests' responsibility, food waste must remove daily to avoid bugs, guests also expected remove rubbish when checking out,If additional cleaning is required, extra fees may be payable.
5. Please turn off appliances and taps when not in used or when you leave the apartment.
6,Failed to return house keys will attract $50 replacement fee per set ,and the replacement cost for lost garage remote control is $100, replacement costs for TV and Fan remote control cost is $80 each, all these needed to be paid directly to host by cash in such events.
6.No Wet umbrella placed on wooden floor as it will cause damage.
7. No smoking inside the apartment or on the balcony. $100 fee will be payable for additional cleaning.
