Was greet with a strong scent of drugs and noise, had to get security. Did not expect music to continue until 4am very little sleep, would have been nice to be informed of this before paying. Will not be recommending to anyone

The room was not as displayed in wotif. Perth rooms displayed. People smoking in other rooms. Toilet paper not in shared toilet in the morning. Beds uncomfortable. Cigarette butts on staircase and entry hall. Butts on window ledge. Disappointed. Staff friendly.

No kitchen facilities, only jug, noisey, 5 nights with a few hours sleep isn’t good. Smoking through out the building. Bathroom dirty at times. Advantages close to trains

No disability access to the rooms wasn't appreciated. A cockroach was found in one of the beds. A living one. The staff (while I and my friend were there) are friendly.

We stayed as a family and were not told previous to booking or arrival of any renovations going on to to Hotel which meant that to access the parking for the property we had to walk around the block instead of the Hotel as children under 18 were not allowed, not to mention works to renovation from 7am each morning. The shared Bathrooms although looked great in the pictures were in poor condition, the men’s shared bathrooms a toilet seat was unfastened to the toilet, mirror gone off the wall in basin, both basins were blocked and filled with dirty water from others brushing their teeth and you had to run around I. The shower to get wet as the water pressure would even be enough to fill up a water balloon, we have stayed here numerous times previously and always stayed in the Apartment quarters which were great value and has its own private bathroom. Unfortunately left really let down this time and won’t be staying again unless the new renovations include the accommodation aswell..

Stayed as a waypoint on a long roadtrip. Would recommend for the convenience of the bar downstairs, more food options than imaginable across the road and up the street, and the helpful staff.
