The Front Desk staff were friendly. The Room i stayed in self contained kitchen which i liked about.Just a walk to the nearest bust stop which was convenient also. Tried their breakfast buffett was nice . The only terrible experience is whilst using the pool ,a bottle of beer was thrown down from one of the top floor rooms , luckily it had not fallen on me or the other guest using the pool at the time.Was reported to the hotel staff unfortunately they could not locate which room it had been thrown from. Otherwise the apartment and it's staff is great and a nice place to stay in.

Front desk staff friendly and helpful and staff in breakfast room, beds not that comfy could have new pillows only one chair to sit on in studio apartment but when two people stay have to sit on the bed no table or chairs on the balcony dissapointing also Metro rail line getting built across the road bit noisy

This property was great for the price. Kitchen and dining staff were excellent and on their A game. Reception staff need to refresh their customer service focus. Rooms need a deep clean. This venue suited us for our business trip.

The Nesuto was suitable for our stay in Rosehill as it’s close to Westmead hospital, the staff were always friendly and helpful, it would have been convenient if the restaurant was open for evening meals but the heat and eat meals available were quite good.

I enjoyed my stay at the Nesuto. The room had amazing view and was clean in general. It’s located at a convenient spot where it’s less than 1km away from the M4. There’re numerous fast food chains within reach, and is fairly close to the Parramatta city and Westfield. My stay was 12 days in length so the fridge and microwave really came in handy for me. The few minor cons to me were the noise from vehicles on the James Rues. There was also some strong kitchen cooking smells twice a day during the first three days. It was fixed in a 2-day maintenance without aircond. It wasn’t so hot then so it was fine to me.
