Hotel was average for price, particularly without daily room servicing. Hotel staff were wonderful, could not fault them. Parking is a bit of an issue if you have a car over 1.85m but we did find some in the surrounding streets. Room was noisy. AC was loud, not a lot of soundproofing in the rooms as we could hear the lifts going at all hours which was disruptive. Overall enjoyed our stay and would stay again in a different room .

The heater was not working in the room making it freezing. Staff were very accommodating despite this. Very noisy road noise. And no instructions on how to get access to parking. It was clean and in a good spot.

Suitable Central place to stay.
Great central location and nice amenities nearby and onsite. Rooms on the Military Road side are a bit noisy from traffic so recommend you ask for a room on the other side if this worries you. Front desk staff are very helpful and communicate freely.

Cleaning needs to be improved, vacuuming in beetween cushions on couch, wiping of cupboard doors, bleach for mould in shower. Could do with a fresh coat of paint. Had everything we needed though. Bed super comfy. Front desk staff very good and helpful. Love the location and great food near by.
