The rooms are overly spacious, there is a king bed tucked into the corner of a massive room. The size of the room is big enough to have a bathroom in it (yet doesn’t). The bed was comfortable. The shared bathrooms aren’t comfortable, the lock on the door does not provide enough feeling of protection- you feel like anyone could come in at anytime simply by turning the lock on the otherside. Reception staff were nice and seemed like they would be helpful if you needed help.

It was a spacious room, very clean. Room has no view and air con unit leaked all night in room with dripping sound. Very convenient to train etc

Friendly staff, very clean rooms and most convenient to the Sydney area being within walking distance to Central Station. Have stayed here before and will book again as rates are very reasonable.

Great position for transport, central station and light rail in walking distance. I had stayed here many years ago when it had a different name. The rooms have been renovated and are much better, unfortunately the lift is still as bad as I remember it from all those years ago. Great dining option Spice Alley in Kensington Rd adjacent to hotel. Would use again for a budget price in Sydney

Paid a bond of $100 to cover any damages and was to be refunded Week has gone by and no refund and there was certainly no room damage as we are a 75 yr old couple Good position for an overnight stay

I had $100 taken from me. This was the price of booking in, in addition to the fee from the room. I was told I would get in back. There is no chance I will. The young lady booking me in was incredibly rude and kept calling me 'dude' which I did not appreciate. I would never stay there again and I advise people to avoid the hotel.

The property is clean, but it is showing its age. I thought it very well priced for its location & convenience. A walk from Central Station, providing easy access to Sydney' s top tourist attractions - Hyde Park, The Opera House & Bridge, Paddy's Market. Plenty to see & do in the area.
