Again, I have to be factual without being "angry nor disappointed" because I don't support the five star reviews others have given.
Again, the toilet seat in this apartment was dislodged and I made Matthew aware of it. No attempt was made to fix it while I was there. When I arrived, the plates in the cupboard were completely wet. There was a fast food carton under the TV console.
There was some nutri-grain under the bed, so there really wasn't attention to detail in cleaning. I gave up making complaints. After a week, I asked for a room clean - a simple change of sheets was enough but Struthi texted me saying "Oh , we don't do that because you booked through Expedia/Last Minute".
They delivered clean sheets to my room but the floor was dirty and I had to ask for a vacuum & mop.
Due to a lack of local accommodation options, I attempted to extend my stay for another 3 weeks and had already been there for a month. The other "project manager" Matthew had confirmed this and gave me a good rate for booking direct and before I got to pay the next day,
Yossi told me there had been a "stuff up" and assured me not to worry, that he would find accommodation at one of his other properties, and wanted me to take another location 20 mins away at Macquarie Park or North Sydney. Macquarie was too far for me.
He NEVER got back to me. Later while researching for other accommodation I found a one bedroom at the same property on another platform at a much higher rate.
