The Rocks ski resorts

This is a very well run hotel with great staff. From arrival to departure tremendous friendly service. I stayed six nights in an executive suite and could not fault it. Great location as well, close to transport and Darling Harbour.

Ease of functionality.

We arrived at The Fullerton well before check in and in spite of this, within 10 minutes an upgrade room was made available for us directly above the clock tower in Martin Place. The room was amazing with a huge bath and glass partitioned separate shower and toilet. The room contained a King bed, was spacious and tastefully furnished, perfect! The service was exemplary, friendly and yet professional. They made us feel special.

Great location to explore the city and harbor. Hotel has historic relevance and charm, with rooftop pool and spectacular views. Only bathrooms are a bit dated.

Great room and very comfortable. Hotel in best location in the Rocks. Harrison the front desk manager was very helpful, accommodating and professional friendly.
