You have to pay for additional coffee in your room
We had a good stay at this hotel. Location was good, view from the window was good, and clean. The room was a bit small to comfortably walk around, with the side of the bed almost touching the wall. The room amenities were fine, but you could only have 1 coffee serving to drink. We requested for additional coffee but was told to pay for it. I think that's the 1st time in my life to be told to pay for coffee in the room. Anyway, the buffet breakfast was nothing special. A bit disappointed that they didn't have more fresh seafood options considering that the famous fish market was only a few steps away.

Very clean and new, walking distance 2 blocks to sushi dai, get ticket at 5am then having breakfast after at 6am, went to hot springs after that. Hard to find a place to eat for late night dinner around the hotel but walking distance to La la port about 20 minutes

The place is okay for the price. The room is small but clean. There are only a few dining options downstairs, which is not ideal. We encountered an issue during check-in because they only provided breakfast coupons for two people, even though I had paid for three. The problem was resolved with the help of Expedia.

Excellent location for what was planned for first two days of my itinerary for teamLab planets, toyosu fish market and the tuna auction, Senkyaku Banrai Rooftop Footbath, Divercity with Gundam statue...also staff was excellent and helpful...many thanks to Gurung and her manager for resolving a mistake that was made to the room as well..would recommend and come back again

In general, this was a nice hotel, conveniently located by three forms of public transportation. Absolutely no common area to sit (like lobby tables). If you want to eat food from the convenience store, be prepared to eat in your room.

Hotel offer beautiful view, room are spacious compare to other hotel in Tokyo . location is convenient to TeamLap and other tourist attractions. staff are helpful , although have very little experience to tracking our reservations with Expedia . The hotel drop pin on Expedia map is very confused which lead us to hauling our luggage around. Otherwise we are very pleasant with the stay.

We were at 12th floor, and the views from the bathtub and bedroom were awesome! The bathtub and toilet are separated, many amenities; including slippers, makeup remover, face wash, lotion, cream, brush, and etc. The room was new, clean, spacious, and quiet. The breakfast has a variety of foods, including anmitsu mochi with kinako powder and sweet black beans. It was excellent!
