We will back in this hotel if we were to go back in Nishikasai. Staff are all very helpful and very clean. Breakfast is free but would like to see different options everyday.

Travel with child, Excellent trip, 2 weeks in paradise, I had the triple room. Love the buffet breakfast, consumee soup, coffee and hot chocolate machine was a nice touch. Walking distance to “metro “ great food spot and train station which was easy to get to Disney and Tokyo central. Will book again.

The distance from the hotel to the subway sation is good to walk. There are many restaurants and convenient stores near by. Also, the area of the hotel is quite and safe. The front desk workers were nice. However, one of my housekeepers was horrible. I stayed two weeks with my family and didn't request room cleaning service everyday. But, I throw garbages to the degineted place to make my room clean and took the used towels to the housekeepers for new ones every in the morning by myself. I don't know her name and she was a different lady that I saw usually. When I asked her new towels, she sighted and made her face frown in front of me. Also, she told me that I had to request to the front desk with annoying voice. I thougt many times what did I make her upset. But, I didn't. Her rude attitude in the moring made my day awful.

Excellent service and competent staff. Comfortable beds although they were close together. Great location which was right across from the street from the station which gave you access to buses, subways and trains. Also really close to an underground eating and shopping area!!!

I had an overall good stay. My only issues were the breakfast and the late check out. After the first morning, I did not have the breakfast again. The hotel only allowed 2 hours for late checkout despite my offer to pay for 3 hours.

All are good , only that the carpet is very dirty, pillow is too thin, and we walked to Kasai Lumiere that the breakfast is more better then Hotel Lumiere Nishikasai, we don’t know why same price but different food of breakfast
