I stayed for about two weeks and I had a great time staying at this property! It had all the amenities I needed and it was very close to both Otsuka Station and the Sunshine City Shopping Mall so it was a convienient stay. The staff was also very helpful and I could still communicate with English.

Enjoyed our stay here. It is a little far walk from the JR station but that doesn't really bother us that much. It is quite convenient when there is convenience stores around.

Very good service, but location is inconvenient if you are travelling by metro. It is 11 minutes to JR and Tokyo metro. It is however really close to Sunshine City.

The hotel unit is quite small as are other hotels in Tokyo. The kitchenette is useful only to do minimum cooking or warm up ready-made food. The staff is friendly and helpful with their limited English. The bed and AC are in good order. There are good and reasonably priced restaurants around. Convenient stores are at every street corner and are well stocked. Overall, the unit is good for a short stay.

Room was dirty. We tried to use the microwave but it was unplugged. We called the front desk for help to move the tv stand because it’s blocking the outlet, they don’t understand/speak English very well so it took longer to communicate what we need. When the tv stand was moved the back side of it was filled with dust bunnies. Most of the appliances are also old. Room is not as pleasant as it shows in the picture. We booked for two nights but didn’t want to stay for the second night because of what we saw so we requested for our 2nd night reservation to be cancelled the same night we check in but the hotel refused to give us the refund.
