Near the subway station :)) and pleasant staff. Simple bedroom. With a surprising welcoming free drinking bar. No space for any language in the bedroom or place to accommodate handbags ... I thought it to be over priced .

Twin room was great for us with a 6 and 3 yr old. We slept on the outside and the kids in middle. Plenty of space and no worries about them rolling off the bed.

Everything was great. The service was amazing. The breakfast was good. The hotel is clean and modern and the subway is about two blocks from the hotel.

I booked it because I thought there would be robots. Unfortunately this new hotel of the Hen Na group only uses talking graphic images at the check in. They speak in several languages, and are fairly amusing, but most of the time they need to seek help from a human staff member. In spite of my initial disappointment, I was quite happy as the hotel is very clean, well-located near Tawaramachi station and Kappabashi-dori, provides breakfast for a fee and has a Family Mart downstairs. My room was small but had all the necessary toiletries and a very comfy bed. Overall it was a great place to stay.

バスタブの無いシャワールームは味気なかったですが 新しくて綺麗な室内は、とても居心地よかったです😄👍 洗面台には化粧用？鏡もあって、女性にもオススメです。 さらに、ビジネスホテルなのに ウェルカムドリンクがあって、嬉しかったです🎵
