I had a fantastic stay at Hotel The Celestine Ginza. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-appointed, providing everything I needed for a relaxing stay. The location in Ginza is unbeatable—it’s a shopper’s paradise with plenty of high-end stores and amazing restaurants nearby. It was also incredibly convenient for getting around, with the train station just a 10-minute walk away. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. They were friendly, attentive, and always willing to assist with our questions, whether it was about shopping, making restaurant reservations, or organizing transportation. Their hospitality truly stood out. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Tokyo!

Friendly staff clean and will maintained property. The facilities inside the room is top class. My only concern is the size of the room as the entrance and the bathroom takes exactly half the size of the room which leaves little space to arrange the luggage specially if you have too many pieces like me.

Great GINZA Hotel
This hotel is great, you are just at the edge of all the busy areas so you are able to relax in peace when you are in your hotel room. I would recommend it to anyone who is staying in the GINZA area.

The hotel is excellently positioned in Ginza. The room was comfortable but a bit small. The bathroom was good. The bar had a fantastic view. The dining option was very expensive- we didn’t indulge.

What a gem! Celestine Gion is an amazing property in a historical and quaint neighborhood. There is plenty to do (e.g., temples, shrines, bakeries, tea houses, restaurants etc.) within walking distance and coming back to the hotel after sightseeing in the heat of August was pure bliss. As soon as you step in, there's a feeling of total serenity. The fragrance used in the lobby was an absolute favorite for our family of 4 and we ended up buying related products to bring home. The rooms were very clean and comfortable with plenty of toiletries, nice teas, coffees etc. We made good use of the public bath (sento) - it was the perfect place to relax after a busy day. They do offer free guided walks on certain days and we thoroughly enjoyed the experience. The shuttle service to the train station was also very convenient. And finally, a special thanks to the personnel. Always welcoming, attentive and courteous - they made our stay in Kyoto very memorable and we look forward to going back.

A very good and relaxing 3 day stay. All staff were extremely polite and helpful , good amenities in the bathroom , umbrella , coffee & tea facilities The room size is sufficient for a couple nights stay and a twin room didn’t feel claustrophobic in any way Reception was helpful in answering any queries I had and also helped to fill in the luggage transport forms on my behalf to ensure the correct destination hotel was written in Japanese. Highly recommend as a base to explore Ginza / Tsukiji market and metro is 5 min walk at Shimbashi St I would 100% stay at this hotel again because of the level of service provided and the comfort of the room.
