Pros: Very clean, great location for transportation options, quiet and efficient air conditioning, huge beds, nice staff. Cons: Our room was about 4’ from the building next door, so the view was just it’s wall and the room was quite dark. Could easily hear people in the next room. No tub, only a shower. Fortunately we saw the breakfast before adding it, as it’s pretty paltry and crowded.

Staff is very accommodating and held luggage for us while we went shopping after the 11 am check out times before our flight. They all speak English very well. Their continental breakfast is limited. I would opt to find breakfast ramen in Tokyo Station which is walkable.

It would have been a great experience in total, but unfortunately some cleaning staff took our breakfast vouchers, as we moved floors to a non-smoking floor - this put a damper on the hotel

First time here, it looks very clean. The bed is comfy. They also provide pajamas to sleep. The only thing is the room is a little small with less space but out of everything it’s good first time experience. I recommend.

Very convenient location. Many 24h convenience stores within mins. Minutes to Tokyo station. Small rooms as is usual for Japan but clean and well maintained. Very good family friendly amenities. Breakfast buffet limited in options but tasty with fresh salad daily. Would prefer some fresh fruit too. Service was great.

Booked for a family of 4 for our last night in Tokyo. Location is excellent for both shopping and transport to airports; the JR limousine bus is 4 mins walk from hotel at the Tekko building. Room is very basic but was functional.
