The room was so very clean and beds were very comfortable. Shower and bathroom were great. Location also gets an A because of ease and proximity to Tokyo Station and a wide variety of shops and restaurants. Included breakfast was nice and convenient and really good as well. If we didn’t want the included breakfast, we had an option to get a small voucher to use at a choice of 3 (I think) places in the area, or maybe in Tokyo Station… was so jet lagged and can’t remember that detail. Staff at front desk were friendly and helpful. Highly recommend Karaksa Hotel Tokyo Station.

karaksa hotel TOKYO STATION, as its name suggests, is literally located right next to Tokyo Station, so there's a plethora of shopping and dining options to choose from. You can easily access any of the major train lines including the shinkansen (bullet train) to conveniently go anywhere you like. The hotel is sandwiched between two buildings, so there's not any view of the city skyline to speak of and the bed pillows could be a bit better, but everything else about this property is great. I do enjoy how they have self-service laundry machines, but there are only four of them, so be sure to get in early if you need to. Also, shout out to the top notch staff at this location for being extremely helpful throughout our entire stay and for allowing us to hold our luggage after we finished checking out until my brother and I left for Haneda Airport. Overall, 9/10.

The location was great, central, and easy to get to, but the room was quiet and the neighborhood safe. The staff was nice, polite, and helpful. We booked a room for three people, two adults, and a teen; the room was too small for us. When we opened a large suitcase on the floor, because no other surface was available except for the bed, there was no room left to move in the long, narrow room, not enough hooks and no dresser or shelves to put our staff on. We understand that minimalism is a part of the culture, but we stayed for 5 nights and had to sit on the floor whenever we organized our staff. The hotel has a very nice feature of complementary water and soft drinks/coffee after breakfast, it was very welcoming and nice.

This was surprisingly such a great stay. First of all, the staff is incredibly customer-service oriented! We dropped off our bags at the counter around 1pm (prior to check-in being available), and left the hotel. They delivered our baggage to our room so it was there when we returned. Aside from that, the room was clean and very spacious! The bed was also very comfortable, I slept super well. I loved that this hotel provided free drinks & candies in the lobby which was really nice. Within walking distance of Tokyo Station and multiple restaurants, making exploring a breeze. I'd stay again for sure!

Great place to stay on a budget. The room was a little small for 3, but two would be just fine. Convince stores are a very short walk from the entrance. Close to Tokyo Station. Perfect.
