Located in a very convenient area of Tokyo, extremely close to Nihombashi (Nihonbashi) Station. The room was small but very clean and comfortable and staff was courteous and helpful. The only thing was that there was no non-smoking room available (not sure whether that was only at my price point, due to room availability or because all rooms are smoking).
I stayed 2 nights a week apart, I was given a smoking room- I’m not sure if this was my own fault during the booking process but I don’t remember being asked. I don’t smoke and when I asked to hang rooms I was told they had no others. If you are a non smoker be sure to make a note of that in your booking- the smoking rooms smell quite strongly.
The staff were very polite and tried to help me, unfortunately I don’t speak Japanese so was a little difficult to communicate with them. Location is very convenient and apart from the smell the room was clean
The room is bigger than the other hotel we stayed a few days before. Nearer the station and thus, more convenient.

Easy walking distnace to Tokyo Station
1 night business stay needing closeness to Tokyo station. - Perfect location. - Rooms V E R Y small, hardly space to unpack. - Else clean, aircon. Fit for purpose for 2-3 star standard for night stay. Not suitable for day work.

Close to the railway station, but frankly a rather smelly room (I had originally wanted non-smoking, but Expedia gave me a smoking one) . Although the bed and pillows were fine, the red cushions reeked of smoke and had clearly not been cleaned for a long time. As a late-comer I paid a great deal more than my colleague who had booked earlier and frankly I could have done better elsewhere.
Black marks both to the hotel and to Expedia (who now pester me relentlessly on the internet).
Perfect for an over night stop but wouldn't want to spend my whole trip there. The service was on pare like most of Japanese service so nothing special. The pillow was to hard for my head. So I switched to wrapping the blanket under my head to sleep.
Over all the bed was soft and comfortable and the room was the perfect size for a one night stop. 4 out 5

Tiny room, big American. Great location.
Unless you can afford luxury hotels I imagine it is tough to find a decent sized room in Japan. In this price range I found a tiny room that my 6' 2" 250# frame had a tough time in with an even tinier bathroom. I arrived in morning and was disappointed that their 3 pm checkin was strictly enforced (they did end up letting me in at 2) and even more that the checkout was at 10 am and I got a phone call at 10:30 chasing me out of room. But I probably would stay again as everything was clean and staff was as nice as possible (although as with all Tokyo they spoke little English). They did secure my camera bag behind desk and had area to safely leave luggage. Best thing is location location location. It is an easy 5-10 minute walk from Tokyo Station so I landed at Narita took the very nice Narita Express one hour train ride to the Station and with a map I had printed from internet easily made it to hotel, which had plenty of Western services nearby - 7Eleven, Starbucks, McDonalds, etc., and an "Irish Pub" just down street from hotel. City is easy to navigate with maps posted all over and train/subway stations with English names, which make finding where you are on adjacent maps very easy. I've never walked so much in my life and loved the city. Be prepared for little English - spoken or on signs though ...
The hotel was hard to find initially as it is behind the Mizuho Trust Bank Building. Actually the hotel is about 5 to 7mins walk from Tokyo station and it is just besides the A1 Exit of Nihonbashi subway station. It is just walking distance of about 10 to 15 mins to the Ginza shopping district as well. The hotel is very clean and comfortable. I had made a few calls to other provinces of Japan but they didn't charge me for the phone bills when I checked out. I had stayed for 8 nights and I like the good locality of the hotel for shopping, food and sighseeing!

decent place, reasonable price all things consdered
I enjoyed my stay. I was happy with the bed and the room was esthetically pleasing. It was also very new and clean. They were very accommodating when it came to getting a non-smoking room with a view. They offered free internet through LAN cable, not as good as wifi, but it did the job. It was a little hard to find. If I didn't google it before hand and have the help of a friend from Japan, it would've been even more difficult. But I would definitely stay here again.

too small
This hotel was for our last night. We actually didn't stay, we looked at the room and it was tiny so we took the train and went to the Crown Plaza by the Narita airport. The Pearl hotel people were very nice and made phone calls to make sure I wouldn't be charged for the room.
I only stay the night, and out in the day. Generally, location is supper as subway and eating places easily reach. Price are reasonable, room are a bit small but clean. Will come back again.
The Pearl Hotel is a quiet hotel only a few blocks from Tokyo station. It is a bit hard to find if you are walking, but can be located by looking for its restaurant, which specializes in ostrich dishes. Both the service and restaurant were quite good. The room is fine for a single person but was small and may be cramped if traveling as a couple. It is a good first stop if you are coming into Tokyo on a late flight and don't want to travel beyond the station.
The hotel is near to Tokyo Station, approx. 5 mins walking distance. Usually, any hotel near the main train station, usually is very expensive. But for this hotel, the cost is very reasonable and size of the room is reasonable as well.

Great hotel for business people.
This hotel is conveniently located in the business district, but there is limited dining opportunities around.
Very handy to the station. We stayed one night between Narita and bullet train north.Take Yaesu north exit. Room SMALL but everything ok and it worked out fine. The desk english not great but ok. Lots of goodies in room, eg toothbrush etc. Room quiet, beds fine, shower good and air con worked. Many restaurants of various styles and prices between hotel and station where there are more. Rather pricy but I guess you pay for convience..
